Chicken and Potato Soup

I love making soup, this is one I made the other night and it has only 73 calories per cup of soup!

Ingredients:

1 box chicken or vegetable broth (check ingredients for caramel color)

1 1/2 chicken breast cubed

3 carrots cut

1/3 c. peas

1 large potato

1/4 c. red onion

1 T. seasoning salt


1. Put everything in a large pot except the peas, cook until the chicken is done and the carrots are to the consistency you like, then add the peas and cook about five more minutes.
